Australian Agate - Freeform Cabochon - 33.59ct
There is a place inland far North Queensland where people have been finding agate for a very long time. The range of colours found here are endlessly varied. This piece has very earthy hues and remind me of both the red of ripe tomatoes and the green of unripe ones. I particularly like the pattern and hues of the banding, Nature paints with stone. This piece could be set either way up.
