Australian Customers

  1. Orders are sent registered with tracking and signature on delivery via Australia Post using the yellow express post satchels.

  2. I will always require a contact phone number for the parcel.

  3. Australian delivery times are usually around 3-5 business days.

  5. Shipping within Australia is $20 AUD EX GST.

  6. All items are insured.

International Customers

  2. I will always require a contact phone number for the parcel.

  3. International delivery times vary but are usually around 1-3 weeks.

  5. Shipping outside of Australia is $50 AUD.

  6. All items are insured.

  7. The customer is responsible for any and all additional import custom duties, fees and taxes that may be applicable for your country. Please visit your countries’ import and customs website for more information.

  8. For visiting international customers, you are welcome to make an appointment to visit my office and view the gemstones. I have card facilities available. Australian 10% GST tax will need to be added to purchases but this amount can be claimed back at departure time at the airport.

Returns

Online Internet Purchases

  1. If you are not happy with an item once you receive it, you can return it within 7 DAYS no questions asked for a refund (less shipping costs) or a credit note towards future purchases provided that the item is in original condition.

  2. If you have damaged the stone in anyway, such as chipping a corner off or have scratched it, then no deal - the stone is yours! No refund will be issued and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

  3. This 7 day period is for online purchases only and gives you the opportunity to view the stone in the hand as I know how difficult it can be to imagine what a gem really looks like just from pictures and videos over the internet.

  4. if you are returning a stone, please contact me so that I know to expect it and that you have the correct return address. The person returning the item is responsible for all postage and shipping costs.

  5. Gemstones must be returned in the original packaging.

  6. I am not liable or responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The person returning the items is fully responsible whilst it is in transit up until it is signed for by myself.

  7. If an item being returned is lost in the mail then no refund will be issued so I recommend that you use a method that has tracking and signature on delivery and perhaps consider insurance of some sort.

  8. Once I receive the items back I will inspect them. If a refund is due then I will require your bank account details so I can perform an international money transfer.

  9. Depending on the items, such as melee stones, a restocking fee may be applicable.

  10. However please note that some items, such as custom cut orders and some melee cannot be returned. This will be noted in the item description where applicable.

In-store Purchases

  1. Items may only be returned for a credit note towards future purchases at my discretion.

  2. Refunds are not given as it is understood that by purchasing the item in-store you will have had ample opportunity to inspect and assess the item in the hand prior to purchasing it and to ask any questions you might have about it.
